Health Education ClassesFamily Nutrition and Health Class

This brand new class covers nutrition in meal planning (making meals matter as a fmaily), getting the whole family up and moving, healthy snacks (easy ideas for healthy snacks for kids), pantry planning (how to stock a healthy pantry at home), smart grocery store shopping (wading through labels and picking smart buys at the gorcery store), etc. This class for 2012 will focus on the family unit, including parents, kids and grandparents.

Diabetes Education Classes

Learn about information on nutrition, medications, home glucose monitoring, exercise and how to avoid long- and short-term complications. Our Diabetes Education classes are hosted by our in-house Registered Dietitian and Physical Therapist.

All Classes are held at Rancho Springs Medical Center.
Registration is Required.
