MURRIETA, CA — The newly opened and expanded Women's Center at Rancho Springs is now the premier family birthplace in Southwest Riverside County. In keeping with our plans when the new facility opened, Inland Valley Women's Services will now relocate to the new center at Rancho Springs. This enables us to enhance services to families and provide expansion space for new services at the Inland Valley location.
Consolidation of Women's Services places all OB personnel at one location that is designed to improve the patient experience. Rancho Springs features 24 private and spacious new post partum rooms all with beautiful oak trim, 17 private new labor & delivery suites, two triage areas, a dedicated post anesthesia care unit (PACU), and two cesarean section operating rooms. It is the largest facility of its kind in the region.
"We are excited about combining both Women's Services at one central location," states Darleen Vlahovic, Director of Women's Services at Southwest Healthcare System. "By doing this, we bring together our entire nursing staff that specializes in OB at one centralized facility. This gives our expectant moms a talented pool of nurses to care for them and their newborns during delivery and recovery. We have some of the finest nurses in the country right here in our own backyard."
For expectant moms, we offer free tours of the new facility by calling 1-800-879-1020. Rancho Springs Medical Center's new Women's Center is conveniently located between the 215 and 15 freeways off Murrieta Hot Springs Road at 25500 Medical Center Drive in Murrieta. The direct line to the hospital is 951-696-6000. For more information, please contact Brian Connors, Director of Marketing, at 951-304-7152 or email brian.connors@uhsinc.com.
