Emergency Department
The Emergency Departments at Inland Valley and Rancho Springs play an essential role in caring for the urgent health needs of the Southwest Riverside County area. The departments care for more than 30,000 patients each year.
As the region's only Trauma Center, few are better prepared to handle medical emergencies than Inland Valley. In fact, we staff our Emergency Department with physicians who are residency trained or board certified in emergency medicine. Plus, you'll find a high-level nursing staff with national certification in emergency medical nursing and additional certification in trauma care.
Thanks to the latest in diagnostic technology, such as our Helical CT Scanner and nuclear medicine camera, physicians have an increased ability to pinpoint trauma — and help save lives.
